1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the RPN Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RPN.

2. Changes to Terms

RPN reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our Platform and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating and updating your profile.
• RPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the RPN Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Posting false or misleading performance data.
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users, animals, or event organizers.
• Uploading content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the RPN Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the scoring algorithms, is the property of RPN or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission from RPN.

By submitting content (e.g., videos, photos) to the Platform, you grant RPN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Platform.

6. Premium Services and Payments

Certain features and functionalities of the RPN Platform (e.g., Vanity URL, Early Leaderboard Access) may require a paid subscription (“Premium Membership”) or one-time fees (e.g., custom ID cards).

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your chosen services.
• RPN reserves the right to change pricing for its services at any time, with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimers

THE RPN PLATFORM AND ALL ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RPN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY SCORES, RANKINGS, OR OTHER INFORMATION GENERATED BY THE PLATFORM, ALTHOUGH WE STRIVE FOR PRECISION.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RPN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

10. Termination

RPN may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
